BAIS provides custom CRM development, AI agent configuration, digital marketing, and business automation services. All deliverables, timelines, and scopes are defined in individual service agreements signed with each client.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of BAIS and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Client-specific CRM builds and configurations become the property of the client upon full payment.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business data, strategies, credentials, and technical specifications.
BAIS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Payment terms are defined in each client agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell client data to third parties.
BAIS reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
